Nicole's Story

Growing up in the projects, Nicole was expected to be a product of her environment. Although she didn't have much in terms of material wealth, she was surrounded by love. As a young teenage mom, Nicole saw many people face significant challenges. After having her first child, she knew that her decisions would shape the life her family would have. Despite her limited experience, confined to the projects, she embraced that her mindset could empower her to become whoever she wanted to be. Blessed with a natural talent for problem-solving and a love for numbers, she saw a bigger picture. She understood that the path given to us as children, does not determine the road we travel as adults. Determined to take control of her destiny, she started various businesses as a young woman. She refused to let social norms stop her from fulfilling her goal to make a difference. Once she started, she never stopped. Growing up, she saw very few family members or friends become homeowners. Many were denied opportunities due to a lack of education, financial struggles, credit issues, or even evictions. Determined to break this cycle, she taught herself how to create a better life. She then became an entrepreneur and organically grew her credit score to an impressive 845, and secured nearly a million dollars in available credit. Her passion now lies in motivating, inspiring, and educating others about the power of credit and financial literacy. Nicole believes these tools can open doors, build stronger families, and support thriving businesses. She is dedicated to teaching others how to create multiple streams of income and empowering them to design the life they want to have. Through her passion and hard work she is now a licensed realtor, a credit specialist, a certified financial instructor, a tax specialist, Executive Director of Pour Into Me Outreach and Support Group, and of course CEO of Planted Seeds Solutions. Through her efforts, she has helped several people within her own community to buy, sell, and invest in real estate, start businesses, increase their income, and change their lives by making sound financial decisions. Nicole is determined to continue to grow those numbers one client at a time.
